I had mine welded up when I got my VL painted. Currently don't have any antenna, who needs a radio anyway!

Most likely done by previous owner. Pull the inner guard liner out and check for it...

don't pull the compressor off. if it works right now but isn't very cold its most likely just low on gas. just book the car in somewhere for it to be checked out.

Just recently rebuilt my system with a new compressor. AFAIK no other compressor will fit. I believe the RB30 compressor was used on a small number of other models from the late 80's and early 90's...

you most likely have to remove the rockers to install the head bolts anyway. dowel on cam sprocket should be at top and turn crank until number 1 piston is at the top of the cylinder. probably best...

A9Y wagons don't have a centre rear armrest do they? So a sedan seat fitted into wagon maybe? It is definitely a blue interior so my money is on it not being a genuine A9Y, maybe a HDT Calais wagon...

Or just take the two 12mm nuts off and remove them. About a 60 second job. How long does masking the whole car take. I prefer my car without overspray on it.

I sanded mine back with 600 - 1200...

Turns out I had the wrong master cylinder. The AWD VY Crewman, Adventra etc has a different master cylinder. Got the right one and it fitted up fine.

Please do not put HID kits in a VL headlight.

They only suit a projector headlight, which the VL headlight is not. They will blind every oncoming car. They are also illegal for this reason.
