OOH30T 27-01-04 14:15

there is plenty to choose from! the pet manifolds seem like a good plenum, not sure what they go for though.

stockvlt 27-01-04 15:05

PET - $1500

thanks for tha pic dude.

i went to p.e.t mod dennis (owner of pet) said that his welded plenums flow 18 percent better on the flow bench then nizpro's casted plenums.
can anyone comfirm this????

ookami 29-01-04 22:15

man i need more pics. ... wanna see what the other side is like ...

ISL33P 30-01-04 08:18

why spend $1500 when you can get then for nearly half the price, and they look just as good with the same results. check the site below for workmanship and quality of welds.

ookami 30-01-04 08:50

have you got an dyno results or flow improvments from them? whats the capacity of the short runner setup yet?

vlt-dreamer 30-01-04 10:22

THERE YA GO....

ISL33P 30-01-04 11:20

no flow results on the plenums, i will let the dyno do the talking. the long runner plenum increased hp by over 20rwhp with a massive capacity over 10 litres. this was just done to see how big a plenum i could fit in the engine bay and the results. obviously something smaller will increase air pressure in the plenum and subsequently hp further.

the short runner plenum is yet to be dynoed. will be a while as the car is at the panel beaters waiting to be repaired after some hail damage. the capacity is similar to what jpc claims on their car, but from what i can see, the thruth is not fully told. they have said "around 7 litres". but if you look at the size, i doubt it and compared to mine, somewhere around to 8 litres sounds about right.

you'd be wrong .... :D they still make em, they jsut don't have them in stock and only make to order. Their still their orignal price of 1800.

RB30-POWER 02-02-04 21:21

For $1800 you would want to see a fair hp gain wouldn't you?

Don't sub zero do plenums, they are suppose to be preety good?

Mick

ookami 03-02-04 09:43
