We've got a Tial style 38mm wastegate that we're testing at the moment. If all goes well they will be quite cheap :)

P.S We've still got 40+ left so next week won't be a problem.

If you've got nothing useful to say then don't post at all. I have seen one of these manifolds in person and they are of a very high quality. It has been proven time and time again quality can come cheap you just gotta know where to find it.

These are made in a factory which I and my business partner from New York city have control over (in terms of quality assurance).

I spend a few months each year at the factory and my business partner Tom, spends around 9 months a year between this factory and the factory that manufactures the aluminium piping for us.

As seen with our intercooler kits, the chinese can certainly manufacture good quality items but at the same time you don't pay for Australian labor or material costs.

These manifolds come with a 1 year replacement warranty through us (GK Technologies)

We've only got this batch of 50, after this we won't be doing another batch for a few months.

With a turbo of that size external gate it really recomended.

I spend a few months each year in China/Taiwan working on new products.

They sure do look similiar but we back all of our products up with a 1 year replacement warranty and of course ours are cheapest as we not only manufacture these but also wholesale and retail.

Technically you could but it would be best to actually weld up the hole and make it nice and smooth inside :)

Yes it will suit any T3.

The advantage of having a high mount turbo setup is that you are able to fit a bigger turbo than you would be able to on the stock manifold.

We stand by all our products but when you start modifying them it's really hard to say whether they will last or not (as re-welding anything in stainless steel will weaken it). Obviously if another part of the manifolds cracks and it's got nothing to do with the modifications that you've done then the warranty still stands..

That said, we've NEVER had a manifold crack and we've quite a number of them (i'm using one on my R32 4 door track car with a Tomei built SR20 motor which should put out 260rwkw's+ once it's re-tuned) Within 20 minutes of 37 degree weather at Springnats 06' bouncing off the rev limiter it turned blue :)

It's not really possible as it depends on the turbo that's being used.

There's plenty of pictures on the net of people using these manifolds.

It is best to move the throttle cable away if possible or protect it from the immense heat from the turbo.

Run 3" piping for what? Intake, turbo outlet, dump pipe?

The price is $199.

You can run a GT35r and 38mm wastegate without any problems on this manifold.

lol sorry mate wasnt the clearest, at the moment i have three inch diam stainless running all round, (intake and cooler), its the diameter of the inlet piping to the std mani that im worried about with clearances and stuff. how would i shield the throttle cabling? would a heat shile/ bag help

i ran my thral cable around the front of the engine so it doesnt get any heat. i melted it running it the std way.

i haev 2.5inch cooelr piping with this manifold, post a pic up of ur current set up and i will tell u weither it will fit or not or the "cold" side of the cooler piping will need to be reworked. the "hot" side of the cooler piping should be fine, just cut and angle changed of where it connects to the turbo

yeah well i might change to 2.5" piping. my old man can rework the piping so it should be ok... thanks marmo, and ill be purchasing one shortly if there is still stock.

next time if you have that yucky left over sticky crap use wd40 - removes it in a jiffy ;)

Wrong. They also come in normal bolt flange. Heres my the exact wastegate my brother questioned about. But its fine now, high mount is not needed.
