The front mount bar and plate intercooler kits are constructed entirely of high quality 6061 aluminum and the intercooler core is 100% vacuum brazed. The polished aluminum end tanks are hand TIG welded for a perfect fit. The ambient fin pitch has been adjusted to provide an optimal fin density of 15 fins/inch. This gives the intercooler excellent flow properties as well as a large cooling surface area, and the efficient Bar & Plate core takes advantage of these properties. The piping is all mandrel bent and contains only 1 weld mark throughout the whole kit. The kit includes 1x 600x 300x 76mm intercooler, polished aluminimum piping, all brackets, nuts, bolts, tripple layer silicon hoses, clamps etc.

Buy the kit for $500 including postage. Sell the cooler for $100.
Then you have just paid $400 for polished alloy cooler piping complete with solicone joiners and hose clamps. Making the cooler pipes fit shouldn't be a hassel. Bit of chopping and changing for $50 :)

No holes are needed to be cut.

Thanks mate, I'm glad you like them.

The new VL kits that we're working on at the moment are being made up in the same factory so we're expecting the same quality if not better (I'm a real Nazi when it comes to things being perfect). Although they will be $649 for forum mebers, they do come with a custom sized cooler with custom end tanks, aswell as the AFM fittings (plus all the usual stuff like bolts, silicon hoses, clamps etc. etc.)

The kit requires 1 hole to be cut near the battery tray. This can be done quite easily with a hole saw. Apart from that the kit is quite easy to fit as it comes with all brackets, nuts, bolts etc.

1 hole does need to be cut.

It is just below the water bottle on the drivers side. This can be done with a wholesaw and you can't really see it.

It's unfortunate that they don't fit but in the same instance the new coolers are a much better design interms of flow and they sit perfectly on a VL (because they've been designed for a VL).

The R33 kit as with almost all R33 kits require 1 hole to be cut.

The VL kit is the only kit that we have that is a no holes.

Hi Steve, we've got more kits for the R34's arriving on Friday.

You need to trim the front bumper and reinforcement, cut a hole just below the washer bottle for the piping to go through, remove the engine cover (neo6 cover) and sometimes people have to trim a few mm's off the clutch fan.
