My mate's hilux was nicked (perth WA)

Stolen from Wangara on Friday 25.7.03 outside a mechanics workshop.
REGO number 1AWT-545
Its a white hilux, 1997, extracab, trayback with green custom green enclosed canopy, two big spotlights mounted above the roof, it has a sports exhaust, wide mags and tyres (white mags) 2.7ltr petrol, 5 spd manual, black roo bar and sidesteps and about 110000km's on the clock. Its an ex CALM car so there are some markings on the inside that will make it easy to identify.

I know its a longshot but im hoping maybe someone in perth may hear or see of something a little strange, he aint got insurance so its about 25k down the drain if he cant recover anything.

the bloody ******* reversed up full titt to pull up for a surf and next thing we know, we're doing 50km/h and go smack back into a ditch.. was funny tho. Nice guys up the beach in the yellow hilux pulled us out (thanks guys!) :mrgreen:

That sucks about having the Hilux stolen, coz they're kewl cars. (Dad owns a Surf...)

I'll keep an eye out incase it's made it over to the eastern seaboard.
