Hmm seems abit cheap if they are going to be doing all the labour.

As its been said, find out exactly what parts they are going to be using.

For abit of a price comparison - a COME Racing 355 Stroker kit starts at about $2,800 + extra's.

As they say, you pay for what you get.

that would be "you get what you pay for"

they list the kit as a ERK-355 long rod stroker kit does that mean anything to anyone

how much horsepower are you planning to get out of this thing?

are they going to 4-bolt the mains caps?

"long rod" would suggest they're using 6" rods, instead of your usual 5.7". Each has their own advantages.

Becareful with the Come cranks, my mate has gone throught 2 of them in his engine. He has clean snapped both of them on the snout. Hes gone for a custom crank now and it seems to be holding up alot harder than his old1.

You can pay alot more than 6 grand for a bottom end, it all depends on how far u want to go.
