PSI 08-11-04, 11:57 can't u just go on wednesday nights or do u work arvo's? Yeah, i work permanent arvo's, so cant race on wednesday nights. I wouldn't anyway, they DONT prepare the track for wednesday meets, only on the saturday meets. And even then, its questionable!! PSI. Jaytee 08-11-04, 19:55 they DONT prepare the track for wednesday meets, only on the saturday meets. And even then, its questionable!! PSI. what do you mean prepare the track adam? PSI 10-11-04, 11:23 what do you mean prepare the track adam? Hey Jaytee, hows things mate? The Saturday/Sunday drag meets is also when the competition cars/bikes also race, along with street cars. They prep the track, making it a lot more sticky, for better traction. They dont do this for wednesday meets, as lot of the cars there dont run 11's or even better. There for its not needed. Hows your car coming along Jaytee? PSI. Jaytee 10-11-04, 17:04 cool cheers mate Hows your car coming along Jaytee? car is coming along very slowly bud, i had given up the race with you a long time ago for the first VL in SA to tens!! LOL I have a company car now so the Calais is sitting around doing bugger all. I've got a brand new 550hp ish to4b, 550cc injectors and the wastegate sitting here in boxes, with a manifold on the way, so soon enough it'll be breathing a bit more life. Then i'll be selling up i think! PSI 10-11-04, 23:29 cool cheers mate car is coming along very slowly bud, i had given up the race with you a long time ago for the first VL in SA to tens!! Then i'll be selling up i think! Slowly is better than nothing at all. I'm certain it'll crack a 10 now, still using PUMP fuel. It's a race i thought i'd given up on too for a while there. Decided to keep it now, was thinking of selling it as well. Sounds like you've got all the hardware there, only a matter of time now. Be good to see it run some numbers first though, need another VLT in the SC top 10. Talk soon Jaytee PSI. Jaytee 11-11-04, 16:06 Slowly is better than nothing at all.
