yeah, cops destroyed it. i pissed off quickly. had bald tires, was a sure defect if they had pulled me over.

what happened?

I went around a corner a bit to fast and screeched the tyres and my mate was like "You ****HEAD, that's a ****ing cop there"..next thing i know theres a cop following us... Watched monster get the hell out of there quickly, so I did a u-turn and followed him along with another dude (unsure of name, sorry mate)...then the rest of them...god knows what happened.

yeah *uckin cops always seem to ruin the fun! they follwed me n some other dude allll the way from the bay to town on anzac. needless to say we kept teasin em by tapping the throttle... the fuzz aint gettin no coin outta me! :p
might suggest that next time we get some maps 2gether & yeah get some decent stopping points organised, windy point is a farken good one! But other than that, was a top bunch of guys n girls who showed up, hopefully the next cruise will last a lil longer! :D

Was an ordinary thursday night, had just finished footy training and thought I would head to tt plaza to buy myself a long overdue purchase, PS2! Little was I to know that waiting for me outside the cinemas would be bout 4 four cops waiting to defect me... fu#*ing pigs. GOt me for being too low at the front by 25mm, having 18" inch rims and momo wheel. The wheels and momo I can easy fix but front suspension is gonna cost me to get it done.

P.S. what did they do you for Gav?

those 18's - I havn't run back to check yet but you are allowed to go two inches above standard. Now the little card in my glove box has 15" written on it, but VL walky's came with 16's STOCK. So while my 17's are ok, I reakon 18's should be fine as well.

I have a farking huge list of stuff I need to fix, everything from presenting the leftover wiring from the turbo timer in a bag at the next inspection to getting the rust cut out of the front winscreen. :(

wheels and momo

GOt me for being too low at the front by 25mm, having 18" inch rims and momo wheel. The wheels and momo I can easy fix but front suspension is gonna cost me to get it done.

What was their reasoning for the Momo wheel ? I've had one on for about fifteen years and it's never caused a problem with them.

There are some specific MOMO wheels which comply to the Australian Design Regulations, it has to be stamped on the wheel itself for it to be 'legal'. :) Also it can't be any less than 32cm in diameter.

Yeah you'd be well and truely ****ed on the front lol, back would just scrape in I reakon. Depends how low your exhaust is also, has to be at least 10cm clearance from the lowest point of the car. :)

momo wheels are undefectable. they have been crash tested. as long as its authentic momo, u should be ok at regency.

yeah man, factory calais mags. keeping it a sleeper. i bought the car with them on, just polish them as you would any mags.

3 1/2" from turbo, unfortunatetly hangs pretty low, will have to measure it!

yep, height adjustable....monroe gas riser shocks, can pump them up to higher than factory, or slam it on its guts when ever...just pull up at a servo where you pump tyres up and increase air pressure to heighten or let all the air out to lower it, as pictured! theyre bloody handy
