I'm considering an air bag suspension kit from http://www.burnincustoms.com, for my VL Calais - Walky replica. Does anyone out there have experience with air bags in a VL, or other kits from burnin customs, that I should be aware of?

I'm quite happy to do it myself - though I'm no engineer I've had my share of projects (primarily chev engines into LJ Toranas!). Will check out tubular - is this where yours came from?

Looks like it takes up quite a bit of boot space - is your kit the base one, or has it been beefed up for extra bounce?

Also - how do you rate the suspension quality? Was concerned based on this - you can have springs that are high and hard (i.e. for race track) or high and soft (i.e. for open road cruising); and the same for low. As you put more air it, does the ride get harder?
