On the first leg there was a minor prang between 2 VLs on the roundabout in Blackwood. I didn't see it but apparently it wasn't too bad, just some minor bumper damage.


here's the "minor bumper damage":(
I was braking into the roundabout at the start of Main Road, the other dude changed lanes in front of me. I was braking and ran out of space. I'm not laying blame at all. I dunno who's fault. We'll sort it out.
I was looking forward to this cruise too. what a **** of a day.

WANTED
little angled strip for on top of the front bumper, group A bumper, left hand head lights and any other bits that are broken. And some metallic green paint too.
And the angled bit above the rear bumper of the other dude's car. :(


All fixed. It looks better than before. No stone chips. $1000 insurance excess later. :(

spewin i didn't make it, sounds like it was a good turnout. Typical the day i can't make it we have a big turnout, hopefully the next one we have will be a little later so that we can have a few more who work turn up! Spewing about the prang there. Be good if a few of you guys who came out come on the cruise with me and my mates, at the moment we are looking at atleast 20 cars, should be good!

checked out the pics and now i'm even more spewing i missed out, hope most of the guys have said they will be at the next one cause i know i will be if its later in the day! so was this the biggest turnout you guys have had? good work to all the organisers to and good to see a few burnouts were laid!

yeah i ws quite pleased with my efforts on the cruise, both in planning and the smoke show :D

Who has the number plate VLCT? I saw them driving tonight up on Anzac Highway and i was thinking "hey, i recognise that car from somewhere". Cool looking car in real life too.

I was driving the white stock 5L V8 VL Berlina, pulled up just to the side of you at a set of lights on anzac highway heading towards jetty road. Just bought the VL the other day, was gonna line up a drag till i saw the turbo badge :(

ah yep I remember the white one, had hubcaps? looked pretty clean. :)
We had a 4 VL's lined up in all 4 lanes near hungry jacks on west terrace LOL was pretty funny

yeh, the one with the busted old stock commo rims and a busted left hand mirror, haha. The whole time i was saying to my mate, i've seen that car before, i've seen that car before.

Did you go on the cruise with about 10-15 other commos? I saw them going up Glen Osmand at about 10-1030ish, one day my car will be presentable enough to go on those cruises, being 16 1/2 (nearly 17) with a part time job and a v8 it's a bit hard to save cash, lol.
