I will be racing, hopefully it cools down later in the night, i heard its supposed
to be 37c, during the day.
Got my new trimatic fully sorted out today, and it works awesome.
Should definatly pull ultra low 11's, time will tell tho.

I love the drags, hardly ever get a chance to go out and have a look though. Also the VLSA cruise #10 is on the same day :/

I will try to be there, but not promissing.I'm in the middle of sorting out a lot of stuff on the the new house i'm building, so might be pushing for time.The weekend is the only time i can do this.
The car is VERY drivable, behaves like a stocky, UNTIL i hammer it.The car gets driven regularly, uncluding to and from the track.
Car has full interior, and uses PUMP fuel only.

Yep, time for an upgrade in the housing department.Building a 2 storey place in Mawson Lakes.Its not going to be a cheap exercise, so you might beat me to the 10's.I should go damn close this saturday night, but probably be a couple of tenths off.I'll get there though, eventually.
Pics will be up by saturday guys, was gonna do it today but too hot to wash it, and tomorrow is gonna be the same.I work afternoon shift, so cant do it when the sun goes down either.Well, they're my excuses anyway!!

Only had 2 runs, too many people dropping oil on the track, waiting time was ridiculous, i left about 10ish.
Ran an 11.9 @123mph, with heaps of wheel spin and changing gears early.2nd run was a shocker, tyres went cold due to xmas tree problems, waiting for a few minutes to fix that, and no traction what so ever.
Will be back next meet.Was pissed off, but at least i know the car has heaps more in it.

The mph is there, so should be close to running a high 10 i think, if not damn close.
Haven't had the car back on the dyno since the trimatic went in, but will do in the next week or so.The car feels killer with the new trans, cant believe how bad the old trans was until i got the new one put in.

Hows your beast coming along aerovl???

Yeah, I would really like to run mine down the 1/4 at some stage - but I would prefer to have a new gearbox in before then heh, don't think the current one is going to hold out much longer. :)

But definatly will come out to one of the wed/sat night drag nights.

everything is on hold with the VL. Just bought a house, so i sold most of the vl running gear, and maybe get back into it down the track. :( All costs money.

Oh yeah, just remembered you bought a house.Yep, everything cost money that's for sure, especially houses!!
My girlfriend and i have decided we're going to build a new house too, so any more modifiacations are on hold for a while.I hope i can crack into the 10's with what i've got now, then i'd be happy!!
