ok guys ive bought a gktech cooler and ive put it in and just wonderin on the first pipe (cold side of the cooler) that runs underneath the front of car
it has 2 mounting point welded to it but they dont line up to anything does anyone know what they are for ???:confused:

So you can make your own brackets up and adapt them to suit. I strongly suggest you do fix them with a small bracket as it will stop any movement in the pipes so they will not be flopping around the engine bay and stop any possible pop offs. Just fix it to one of the many holes in the lower radiator support panel!

I had this done and since re-fitting the cooler the tools at the air-con joint lost them somewhere, but it did keep it a tight fit and not flopping about as I did have a pipe come off a few times :p

The way mine fitted up it was a fair way back from anything so I made up a little stainless bracket, only made one...all it needed.

CJW: doesn't yours hav power steering? My steel power steering line was in the way and I had to relocate the saddle clamps
