This throttle body measures 80mm (internal diameter). CNC billet cut, it is supplied with a base plate which can be unbolted from the throttle body, welded onto almost any intake manifold and then the throttle body can be bolted back on. On the opposite side of the throttle cable wheel is a space for a TPS (throttle position sensor) fitting. The TPS fitting is easily customisable to work with almost any TPS currently available.
Unlike lesser throttle bodies, our throttle shafts are made from steel with precision pressed fittings. This ensures that even under high boost conditions the throttle shaft and plate will not separate and damage your engine. The machined tolerances are very fine to provide a close seal between throttle plate and throttle body wall.
