All the cars looked great, and sounded great. i was expecting a much bigger turn out but i guess its only our first attempt so it can only get better..

Stoney........ where the #*^$) was everyone in Parra park.. we rocked up at midday exactly and only saw a broken down old Merc.. we cruised on with a few friends NTOMBD, ONE GOD ETC. etc

Saw you guys leaving after we went and had a late lunch at the lonestar.

i wasnt at parra park, i met up at stage 2... they said they waited a while b4 they left so im not sure what happened..
PSI-03L, it has definatly got the GO to match the show, such an awesome car :D (P.s. Matt, if you need someone to look after it while your away you have my number ;) ;) )

the next cruise will have to be more organised etc, cos i had alot of fun and i hope everyone else did as well, and i think with more cars it will be alot better..

I had a great day and your right Stoney , Mat's car is really tough. It's the nicest VL I've seen even before you lift the bonnet , some serious hardware. Pity we couldn't get a group shot but with the amount of cars getting around we would be still trying to line them up.
AZZ-30L & IVK-30L I'm sure you got home alright , you probably got home before me , you must have a short cut through the harbour tunnel.

It was a good day. Would have been good to get a group shot somewhere, next time.PSI30L is one angry sounding VL. I got some pics. I will try and put them on my site today. When I got home I discovered a boost leak where my cooler pipe joins my TB. The pipe slipped out of the rubber join. Never happened before.(T04RCD)

yeah, thats why i wanted to go to the park, to line the cars up and get some good shots of them... but there is always next time.. speaking of next time, does anyone want to suggest anything for the next cruise? if we make it more organised we should get more people to attend..
BTW.. what happened to VLTRBO87 on the way home?? he was long gone, we where right behind him going up the mountain then he dissapeared...

next time we should chose somewhere without tourists trying to park their vans for an hour... stupid pricks.....

i got sick of drivin on the limit so i took off and i went down the appin rd, to visit someone in campbelltown. was a good day and loved the drive.
we definetly have to do it again. quality is better than quantity and we had that!

We should definately have the next cruz on a Sunday! How about a cruz up to the Northern Beaches or maybe head up north? Terrigal is about 50mins north of Hornsby while you can add another 30mins for Newcastle. Just some ideas?

yeah, there where alot of cops! but still, there were people doing stupid things (eg. the bloke doing wheelie on bike with person on back and getting caught etc...)
im planning on having a car entered at the nats, dont know what it will be yet but im hoping...
maybe someone from sydney should take charge becos its too hard for me to organise it from here.. anyone interested?

I was 15 minutes late for Parra park and didn't catch up 'til W'gong.

Suggest next time: Meet somewhere quieter than W'gong where group photos are possible and maybe have a BBQ lunch. A dam or quiet area??

Hard to tell who was who when there were VL's around that were nothing to do with the cruise. Bring G/F's along? Small signs (CT) nailed to power poles to show the way for those who get lost??

yeah, i saw you trying to find stage 2 i think... Wollongong was the destination because its a good place to start off, some nice open roads etc... but the next one should be better

Hey guys when is the next car cruise going on? i just bought a VL Calais turbo and i wouldnt mind getting in on some of the action. Ive seen NTOMBD and ONE GOD around and they are looking pretty smick. ONEGOD lives just down the road from me and that thing f^&#@*# flies. NTOMBD has a crazy air brushing job done to it. How often do you guys organise car cruises? Can any car go? does it have to be turbo or done up? Cos i got alot of mates that love going on long car cruises but dont have VL's. Anyways if you guys can gimme a buzz or something my is Steve. Let me know whats going on and when the next meet is you might be a little impressed with the work done to my Calais.
